The Model is not mine!

I strongly discourage using negative embeddings with this. A bunch of them seem to insist on adding lines on the torso to suggest abs no matter what you do!
This LoRA help to create softer less, visible abs. You can still see them, but only just. Those abs that don't make the the guy look like he was chiseled out of marble. It softens their torsos when the lines would otherwise be too harsh. It gives them some muscle when the model would otherwise be tempted to interpret it as an underweight man.
I want to be clear: you might not need this LoRA. As you can see from the comparison images, the effect is subtle. You definitely can get this same look by just using the negative prompt I mention below. But I find the LoRA helps this particular look come a bit more frequently.
So far, I've gotten best results by setting the LoRA weight around 1, and the trigger word between 1-1.3

It won't get all the way there by itself. Use these Negative Prompts!
abs, six pack, visible abs, fat
Thanks to zakalwe404 and b00merang for their help when I was banging my head against the wall because of negative embedding
