Suggested weight for the outfit is 1, even nudity is possible at a weight of 1! if you need more flexibility lower the weight!
takanashi_kiara helps out the most when you're going for the outfit look! But do not include it if you've having trouble with clothing sticking around!

No trigger is required, but the instance prompt is kiara_alter is the instance prompt and reinforces. For the costume a weight of 1.0-0.8 is fine. For nudity drop the weight lower to like 0.5-0.6
For the outfit use jacket in the positive or negative for those variants, and ponytail depending on your goal.
