As the battle continued, Gillermalus staggered back, his lava-like body shaking. His burning eyes were filled with rage directed at HyeGyo and the skeletal knight, and he wore a look of frustration. No matter how strong he was, he realized he could not defeat the two of them. "You cursed beings!" Gillermalus spat out in an angry voice. His remaining arm glowed red as it moved toward a control panel embedded in the cave wall.
HyeGyo sensed that he was up to something and narrowed her eyes. "I think he's trying to do something..." Before she could move, Gillermalus slammed a large button with his massive fist. Immediately, a low, enormous mechanical sound echoed throughout the cave. Gillermalus grinned maliciously. "If I can't kill you, this base will! Everyone will die among the ruins of this mountain!"
The ground beneath them began to shake violently, and large cracks appeared in the floor and walls. Stalactites began to tremble from above, and the entire cave structure seemed on the verge of collapse. The skeletal knight turned his glowing blue eyes toward HyeGyo. "We need to get out of here now." At that moment, Seolhyun and Yoonjung, who had been hiding in a safe corner, ran towards them. Seolhyun's voice trembled. "What's happening? Is the base collapsing?" HyeGyo's expression became resolute as she radiated her psychic energy around her. "He's trying to bury us alive. We need to move fast."
The skeletal knight stood tall, calm amidst the chaos. "I'll lead the way. Stay close." Just as they were preparing to escape, the ground beneath them cracked open, revealing the dark abyss leading ten levels underground. The collapse had already begun in earnest, and massive boulders started to fall from above. Yoonjung shouted in surprise. "There's no way out! We're trapped!"
"No!" HyeGyo yelled, her eyes shining intensely. She reached out her hands, using her telekinesis to momentarily halt the falling debris. "Keep moving! I'll hold them off as long as I can!" The skeletal knight nodded and charged forward, his massive sword slicing through the crumbling rocks as his black armor gleamed in the cave's red light. Seolhyun grabbed Yoonjung's arm and urged her on. "We can't die here. Keep running!"
But the speed of the collapse grew faster, ultimately blocking their path completely. HyeGyo used her last ounce of strength to exert her telekinesis, but too many rocks fell, and the escape route vanished completely. Gillermalus's mocking laughter echoed in the darkness. "You all will be buried here! No one can escape!"
Finally, massive boulders fell upon them, and HyeGyo, the skeletal knight, Seolhyun, and Yoonjung were all buried beneath the rubble. The cave collapsed completely, and their final moments were shrouded in darkness and despair.
