I am currently using 0.5 weight and the results are really good. Put the prompting for breast size towards the end of the prompt. But if the size is not what you want move the line up further in the prompt. Or use inpaint to remove nipples on clothes
For my negative prompt I am using : Nipples, EasynegativeV2, bad-hands-5, verybadimagenegative_v1.3, bad_prompt_version2
