-1 ~ +1 = Normal Usecase. Use decimal number for a more precise control

+1 ~ +2 = Bad skin (blemish, wrinkles, pimples, etc)

> +2 = Terrible Terrible skin (Useful for making zombies, I guess)

Useful Tip: Add 'xx years old' ... to the prompt.

Existing skin LoRAs often create extreme close-ups and change race of the character, so this has been in my to-do list for a few months. I've made the dataset, then I kinda forgot about it...😳Anyways, I can now finally write it off the list.
